Historia Constitucional

hc.rediris.es
"Historia Constitucional” represents a novelty in the historiographic and legal environment, not only because it is a journal only about constitutional history (which is already very unusual), but also because it is an electronic journal, that can be seen free by all the users of Internet. In fact, perhaps this is the first Electronic Journal dedicated to constitutional history, not only in Spain but also in Europe and, probably, all around the world.

"Historia Constitucional” will be a yearly journal for all the research about constitutional history, whichever country they come from; and whichever knowledge area they come from: Public Law, Legal History, History of the Political Thought, Modern and Contemporary History and Political Science.

"Historia Constitucional" will publish articles written in Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, French and Italian, about constitutional history in a wide sense, this is, the history of the legal and political organization of the liberal and liberal-democratic State as well as of its intellectual reflection, provided they have the enough scientific quality. Special attention will be paid to comparative constitutional history, specially from Europe and Iberoamerica.
